Because each item is unique and personalized, we maintain a specific policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the details below carefully before making a purchase.

I. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Within the first 12 hours: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. Please email us immediately at support@personalizedpajama.com to request a cancellation.
  • After 12 hours: Since all our products are custom-made, orders older than 12 hours have already entered our processing and production stages. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds after this time window has passed.

II. Return Policy

Because each item is printed and customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for traditional reasons (such as change of mind, choosing the wrong size, or selecting the wrong design by mistake).

We only accept claims and assume responsibility if the order has an error originating from our side, including:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or torn upon arrival.
  • The customization details (name, photo, text) do not match what you provided during checkout.
  • The wrong size, color, or style was shipped compared to your original order receipt.

III. No Return Required Policy

To ensure maximum customer satisfaction and a convenient shopping experience, Personalized Pajama does not require you to physically ship the defective or incorrect items back to us. If your claim is approved for a replacement or a refund, you may keep, donate, or dispose of the original product at your own discretion. You will not have to bear any return shipping costs.

IV. How to File a Claim (Step-by-Step)

If you encounter any of the qualifying issues mentioned above, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item (based on the delivery date provided by the tracking information). To process your request efficiently, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: support@personalizedpajama.com.
  2. Clearly state your Order Number and provide a detailed description of the problem.
  3. Attach high-quality photos or a short video that clearly displays the defect, damage, or incorrect customization you received.

Our dedicated support team will review your evidence and respond within 24 business hours to confirm whether your request for a free replacement or a full refund has been approved.

V. Resolutions: Replacement or Refund

Once your claim is validated and approved, you can choose one of the following two options:

1. Free Replacement Product

  • We will manufacture and ship a brand-new replacement item to you completely free of charge.
  • The shipping time for the replacement will be identical to our standard shipping timeframe (5 to 18 working days).

2. Full Refund

  • If you choose a refund, we will credit your money back to your original payment method.
  • The refund will include the full amount paid, including the initial shipping fee (if applicable) that you paid during checkout.
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 5 business days for us to process the refund on our end. After that, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
