By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you use our services and agree to these Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced on this website. These Terms apply to all site visitors and customers. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

Section 2 - Customization and Customer-Submitted Content

Our products are personalized using photos, names, text, and other information submitted by customers. By uploading or submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have the licenses, permissions, and rights required to use it.
  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party right.
  • The content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited.

We may refuse or cancel an order containing prohibited or infringing content. If we cancel an order for this reason before production, any applicable refund will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Section 3 - Product Display, Live Preview, and Personalization

We work to display product colors, images, sizes, and personalization options accurately. Screen settings, source-photo quality, fabric characteristics, printing, cutting, and sewing can cause reasonable differences in color, placement, scale, or alignment.

Live preview is available on all products currently offered on our website. The preview helps you visualize your personalization but is not a final production proof. After checkout, our design team may make minor adjustments to face placement, scale, cropping, or positioning so the personalization works better with the surrounding pattern. The final printed product may therefore differ slightly from the preview.

Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded photos, spelling, personalization details, size, quantity, and delivery information before submitting an order.

Section 4 - Products, Pricing, and Availability

Product prices, availability, personalization options, and promotions may change without notice. The price and available payment methods shown at checkout apply to the order. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product when reasonably necessary.

Section 5 - Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, contact, and account information. You are responsible for promptly updating information needed to complete your transaction and communicate about your order.

Section 6 - Made-to-Order Production and Fulfillment

BLOOM US LLC operates the Personalized Pajama online store, reviews submitted personalization, processes orders, manages fulfillment, and provides customer support. Products are made to order after the customer submits the required personalization details.

Section 7 - Processing, Cancellation, Shipping, and Returns

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day begin processing that business day. Orders placed after that cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day. This processing cut-off does not shorten the cancellation window.

A cancellation or shipping-address change must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After the 12-hour window closes, the order becomes non-cancellable and may proceed through design review, production scheduling, or production.

Processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, address rules, eligible product claims, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Payment Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed those policies.

Section 8 - Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party service providers for ecommerce hosting, payments, shipping, analytics, and other supporting business functions. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Section 9 - Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or its content for an unlawful purpose; violate applicable laws or third-party rights; transmit malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; collect or track personal information unlawfully; interfere with the website; or submit false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent information.

Section 10 - Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. BLOOM US LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products where such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
