Thank you for shopping at Personalized Pajama (operated by The Pajama Store LLC). Because our products are custom-made to order, please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery timeframes.

1. Order Cut-Off Time & Working Hours

All orders placed before our cut-off time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-6 / Central Standard Time)
  • Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Since each item is personalized specifically for you, it takes time to design and manufacture. Our average processing time is:

  • Processing Time: 3 to 5 working days.

3. Shipping Time & Transit Estimates

Once your order has been processed and shipped out from our facility, the transit time varies depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated timeframes:

  • Shipping Time: 5 to 18 working days.

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (3-5 working days) + Shipping Time (5-18 working days).

4. Shipping Rates & Fees

We offer clear and flat-rate shipping options based on your total order value (calculated in USD):

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system.

6. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Address Corrections: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@personalizedpajama.com before your order enters the processing phase. Once an item has been customized or shipped, we cannot change the address.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, severe weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, if your package exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe significantly, please reach out to our support team.
